The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, analogizing cannabis to alcohol, has overturned the prohibition against gun ownership by marijuana users.   Under current law, marijuana users either can't own guns, or risk criminal charges in the process of purchasing and possessing them.  While this ruling doesn't mean the law is overturned for everyone, it *could* mean the beginning of wider adoption or affirmation at the Supreme Court.

Assuming this stands, would the AG of Texas ( for instance ) have grounds to sue the US Gov for violating Texan's 2A every time they are required to fill a 4473? Also, it seems like Daniels' 2A rights are now functionally revoked, as he can not fill a valid 4473 without committing perjury, would he personally have grounds to sue for the same reason?
