Would you rather...

If the former, Clubs above $5 would see the stories before the public, but still could not make requests since they are getting a commission.

If the latter, everyone $5+ can vote on the plot

It also gives a more direct feeling in terms of fiction you have input on. So I think that is what the plan will be.
