They actually teased Cavendish in the live action, his bounty poster was on the board with Buggy's. though his face was covered up

Desolate Garden

Dude, this is just the start of some insane shit coming up, i only wish time would move faster, this is one heck of a long arc, cant wait to see your reaction to this entire arc

Sims2DSBigfoot

I'm sure you're a couple dozen episodes ahead, but Machvise is pronounced "Mock vice" and Bartolomeo is pronounced "Barto low mayo"

Random3x

Bellamy appears. Jack.exe has stopped working

Fox Boy

Imma need that Cavendish Cosplay jack!!!😂😂

Azael Santacruz

2 small clarifications for you Jack: - You're right on gettin Spanish vibes from Dressrossa, cuz its actually bassed on Spain, theres even real life photos of towns on Spain with the exact building layouts that we see here - The "Sol" on the hat of the little Toy Soldier, are just because of that, the firts letters of the word "Soldier"

SidariYumanara

The realization when they showed Bellamy was just too funny, I couldn't stop laughing 😆 also, super excited to see more of Cavendish & Bartolomeo :D

Flychu

The stunlock by Bellamy was quite funny

Log

I had to go back and watch your face as they introduced Bellamy, the slow realization was too funny

Sanstorm

Lets go i love Dressrosa my top 3 ARC

Monkey D. Souza

The devil fruit user death seems to explain what happened to Smiley in Punk Hazard and that devil fruit showing. I'd love to see a flashback of how Doflamingo got Ace's fruit.

2024-01-21 20:32:18 I don't think Bellamy was a fakeout tho
2024-01-21 20:26:45 I don't think Bellamy was a fakeout tho. He has KO by Luffy then Blackbeard KO'd his second, no further violent interaction with Doffy or anyone important (that I remember)

Amphyprion

Is that confirmed? I always thought it was meant to be Sol as in Sun. There's a lot of astrology going on in One Piece after all

Colyn Starrett

Put some respect on Barto’s name

yamina-chan

There's my boy Cavendish! Let's go! =D I'm very excited for what is to come, a lot of memorable characters are being introduced in this arc.

Vincent S Deluca

Idk if its cause of the world soldier lol thats very english specific. Sol meaning just sun or something in japanese makes way more sense lol

Vincent S Deluca

Well after Doflamingo came by and forced his crew mate into stabbing him, no confirmation that it killed him but it also wouldnt be a stretch to believe so

Luis CK

LOOOOOL I've watched One Piece 10+ times but I might had been skipping that part every time because it's listed as long ring long land and I don't rewatch long ring hahah

DiamonDust

19:42 I'm sorry, "Sanji put his whole" WHAT into it? 💀 Jack is evolving. First he suddenly starts talking about everyone "blowing their load" a number of episodes back, and now Sanji is "putting his whole bussy" into the food he makes. This guy is a menace, he's out of control. 😂

DiamonDust

Wow, I did not even notice that. That is a bit strange though, isn't it? He is not even from East Blue so I wouldn't think it would be in public circulation over there. Guess they just wanted to make the reference.

DiamonDust

@Vincent S Deluca Oda puts english words everywhere in his manga. The Marine ships say Marines on the flag in english. Nami and other characters wear shirts with english on them all the time. Stores often have english signs. Plus he is a toy Soldier and has nothing to do with the sun, so I think it is clear what it references. Hell, just last arc we had Caesar and he has "gas" written on his outfit in english. Oda loves these on the nose things and uses english all the time, so I am confident it just means soldier.

DiamonDust

@Amphyprion Idk if it is confirmed or not, but I think it is pretty obvious. It was what I thought as I saw it immediately. He is called a toy soldier in the manga and anime. He also has nothing to with the sun that I know of.

DiamonDust

Dude prob just carried a bag of fruit around and prayed some DF eaters died at Marineford. That's what I would do lol.

DiamonDust

There was the scene you forgot about, yeah. I actually forgot it too. I cannot blame Jack for thinking he was dead, he did not seem that important as a character so I'm sure many were surprised when he popped up again.

DiamonDust

One last addition to the list of Spanish references I posted last episode from the wiki now that it was shown in this episode: "The Fighting Fish native to the island seem to resemble bulls, both in appearance and temperament. Bullfighting itself is a common sport in Spain."

Monkey D. Souza

LOL thats a great life hack for the One Piece world. Always have a a fruit in your pocket. You never know when it may become a devil fruit lol

Jiraffe

Bellamy was attacked by Doflamingo afterwards, but they never showed a dead body.

Errikto479

Hi Jack at what episode are you right now?

Veritas

I mean, Foxy and Bellamy aren't from there either but they were also among the Live Action bounty posters. I assume every pirate's poster gets posted everywhere eventually.

Shoko

there are new characters in this arc that are very high on my all-time fav list, i cant wait for u to meet them! this arc is gonna blow your mind lol

yamina-chan

I wasn't actually referring to his design with that at all, but I do love it! It's very Odd but also very unique and different from the way he normally goes about it. =D

miles shepard

Yeah this is a connection I'm sure Jack will appreciate seeing as he actually went to Pamplona for the Bull Run.

DiamonDust

@Veritas From what I can gather the publicly hung bounty posters in the canon series are localized to each region when it comes to the 4 seas. I don't recall the East Blue having any posters from other seas or even from the Grand Line. It makes sense conceptually. The Grand Line has posters from all 4 seas because all 4 seas have access to the Grand Line . Not only would it clutter up the bounty boards that bounty hunters use to hang posters from other seas, it's also usually impossible for someone from one sea to get to another. If you look at the map, each sea can use reverse mountain as a one way ticket to the grand line. You can't go back by that same method to our knowledge though, the stream only flows towards the grand line. That leaves the calm belt as the only way to get from one sea to another, and we all know how that goes. Due to it being home to Sea King nests, It's impassable to everyone except high ranking Navy with seastone bottom ships, and the strongest pirates in the world. So yeah, for that reason I see it as purely fanservice. Logically speaking in the canon OP world it does not make much sense for their posters to be there IMO. Live Action already changed a bunch of stuff though, so who knows maybe they changed the map too and people can sail between each sea freely which would explain the posters. I would be surprised and disappointed if they did that though, since the geography of OP is very integral to the story itself. Edit: Those pirates could also be from the East Blue in the live action version. That's a very real possibility since they seem to have changed quite a bit so far.

Veritas

@DiamonDust I think you're concentrating on the wrong points. Don Krieg escaped the Grand Line, so the Calm Belt is passable for the very lucky few who are weak. I am fully aware of One Piece geography and the Navy's tech, but those are not some sort of "laws" without exceptions. Also, just because known canon only showed local pirates doesn't mean there weren't more posters in other places at other points in time. I won't draw a conclusion based on limited data like the few posters shown in manga's East Blue. Zoro has heard of Whitebeard and Mihawk because newspapers, and therefore posters, are global. Some people are ignorant of Grand Line Pirates because of pure chance. To be specific, I'm not talking about pirates in other Blues, but specifically Grand Line Pirates. Bellamy, Foxy, and Cavendish are all from different seas (North, South, and Grand Line) but they are all in the Grand Line now so their posters can go everywhere. Whether or not every citizen hangs one up is indeed up to them, to avoid clutter. (The fact they're not local is why their old posters were in such bad shape in the LA.) I don't think the Live Action made any plot holes when they did that particular fanservice.

Enter LUCY!! 🤩 My fave character in One piece other than Luffy :'D
