Time to consume this reaction... this finale is. the definition of the word 'whiplash'. Like, oh my god. Please. Pace your stories better! There's so much that does not correlate to the plot - Kate does nothing, Dan does nothing, Jericho is there then dies, Karvanista's race is wiped out with barely a sad-howl given, and. Well, the Doctor committing genocide at the end on the Daleks, Cybermen and Sontarans should be a moment where we gasp, because that's such a huge thing... but.. it's treated as morally fine. And sure, it's long overdue for the Doctor to say 'fuck it' and let them die, but my god, at least give the scene some time to breathe in the aftermath... (Obviously they aren't *all* gone, but the episode makes it clear the universe has been heavily wiped out by the Flux, and the enemies that gather are all their fleets, seeking refuge...) Oh, and the universe being mostly destroyed is just, glossed over. Back in the box, ignoring the sheer amount of life that has been erased. Just.. such bad writing. If you can't tell, I hate this episode, lmaoo - at least Flux as a whole had some cool bits and bobs

Lol yeah I was surprised the Doctor let all those villains die but I feel this Doctor is a little more willing to let bad guys die if someone else does it😂

This episode was a complete and utter mess. The editing was all over the place, the pacing is seriously rushed, Kate doesn't do anything, Dan and Yaz barely do anything either. Karvinista's race is wiped out and not even taken seriously by Dan who just insults Karvinista when rescuing him. Jericho is unnecessarily killed off which is frustrating given that he was one of the better characters in this Flux series. Diane seems to have wide knowledge about the prison she's trapped in and she becomes almost unrealistically too skilled in everything. The only realistic thing was her distancing herself from Dan but even then, I question the purpose of her kidnapping and Dan's involvement too. As for the universe being mostly damaged, it's completely ignored. No consequences. Nothing. Pure ignorance which feels very badly written. God. I really hate this episode and the entirety of the Flux series except for the Angel episode but the annoying things is that this finale drops the ball so hard that it completely any good bits or parts that came before and that just makes me despise it even more. Vinder and Bel getting reunited was nice and leaving with Karvinista. But I genuinely can't bring myself to find any other good points in the episode because it just frustrated so much lmao. There's so much wrong with this series. It's definitely one of my least favourite series of Who.
