"I'm surprised Walt didn't think of this." That's the thing, isn't it? Walt doesn't think things through! He knows that Jesse isn't a natural 'criminal mind', but he barks high-level orders at him and leaves him to sort out the details, without checking what he has actually done. Like dissolving the body or obtaining the RV. All things considered, Walt is pretty reckless about things.

I am assuming at this point that you never made a battery out of a lemon, copper and zinc at school. 😄 I love the look of disappointment on Walt's face as his former chemistry teacher when Jesse says 'wire' instead of 'copper', when Walt was talking about the chemical element copper. 🤣

I think Walt was angry because his plans were messed up! He'd gone to extremes on the assumption that his story would end with his death, and now he will seemingly not die. Now he's a drug kingpin with no 'easy way out'! He has to carry on and deal with what he has started...

I think Skinny Pete just misunderstood the instructions and drove out to somehere completely different. He was in the wrong place, there was nothing more that he could really do other than drive around aimlessly and panic!

So happy u enjoyed this episode! I was a little worried cus it is probably the 'slowest' episode so far, being that majority of it had to due with Walter and Jessie, but like u said it's SO NECESSARY for their relationship. Rewatching it with you I'm so in awe of how simple things used to be 😂 (humble beginnings for sure)
