I knew u would like that scene between Caroline and Elena as much as I did 😂😂 anyway, I hate how the writers always make Stefan and Bonnie sacrifice for everyone but themselves. Fun fact: this episode was directed by Ian.

This episode was directed by Ian btw. Paul and Ian often took part in directing different episodes in later seasons. I think it had many beatifuly shot scenes. Is it better though to kill a vampire? Being stuck in a prison forever seems like a more harsh punishment. I enjoyed Caroline without humanity.

They always write the female characters so poorly when they turn of their humanity. And Caroline's hair is absolutely disgusting.

I like the idea that Caroline is such a control freak she would have been somewhat fine without her humanity had the others left her be. It is like you said, psychopaths who don’t kill.

They would still have had to watch whatever they said so as not to set her off and that wouldn’t have been right😂 Stefan was right to try to bring her back. It’s better to see what she’s capable of now and try to deal with it rather than later. But it just didn’t go the way Stefan planned and now everyone’s screwed.
