So Damon actually explained in season 1 that a vampires body pretty operates normally as a humans would, with the exception they can't procreate. They are technically dead, but if you say snap their neck ( as oftens happens) they are in a somewhat pseudodeath like state until they "come back". What Stephen is experiencing is essentially dying over and over again from drowning.

Silas has been shown to be all-powerful, as if there’s nothing he can’t do. That’s why he’s weaker than a vampire, bc they can’t make him completely invincible. I agree that this season feels lighter; I think they’re using a different colouring. Damon’s hair is BEAUTIFUL this season. Literally my favourite hair lol. The scenes with Katherine, Jeremy, and Matt are so funny, it’s interesting to see them interact. Kat is hella struggling with being a human and it's hilarious to watch. I agree that it’s interesting how Elena seems to be connected to Stefan. It’ll be cool to see where that goes.

Please rewatch my reaction as I said that I didn’t think she would WANT to kill him but to at least get mad and have an argument or conversation about all the things she listed and she could’ve been validly upset about.

I love your reactions to Damon and Elena moments, too funny ahaha. But yes everyone looks a lot more attractive this season, the lighting is doing everyone justice. My own theory is that it’s supposed to show hope and new beginnings with college, romance and no Originals (as much as I liked them in the show lol)

None of what she listed about Jeremy or Stefan was Damon,'s fault tho keeping it from her because he didn't want to burden her with it is valid for her to disagree about.

That was my point that he kept it from her, especially about Silas being alive and out and about. That was info that could’ve prevented any of the torture of Damon and the compulsion of Elena so yes that was Damon’s fault for trying to once again “protect” her but putting her in danger instead

In the Last episode Katherine said to Damon that her body rejects vampire's blood now that she takes the cure so she can't turns into a vampire anymore. Btw love your reactions and the fact u doesn't like Delena, I don't like them either 😅

Season 5 is not my fave storyline wise. Season 6 is realllly good tho.

Silas is immortal so no Nadia could not have killed him ! And with him not beeing that strong and fast I think this was never really established too. But him beeing able to get in peoples heads is pretty powerful but Jeremy is imune if there is a Traveler in your head like we saw with Matt.

Yeah I guess Silas couldn’t have been killed but Nadia’s friend wanted to at least gut him and then entomb him again.
