I predict that you'll really like this final series. I've watched some reactors from America react to this season and most of them genuinely like it with the exception of one. Personally, this is my least favourite series of Torchwood mainly because it doesn't feel like Torchwood anymore since it's now in America. Because I'm so used to the Cardiff/London setting, it just loses the original charm and it feels weird to have it relocated when it ended in a perfect way with the previous series. The concept of people not dying is interesting and its great that they have a budget with Starz to film this which is what they were trying to accomplish with Series 1 but I just don't think it was executed well here. I absolutely agree with you about Gwen though. I wish they hadn't given her a child purely because it limits her from being more involved in the action as she's expected to have more priorities now. This first episode kinda shows why I wish she didn't have the child as it becomes so wild with her child being caught between guns and fire explosions lol. She was actually considering to get rid of it in the final episode of Children of Earth if you remember when they were in the car with Andy. I figured if her and Rhys knew they were gonna get chased by corrupt governs then would they really risk putting their kid in danger? I also agree with you that Rhys telling Gwen to let the miracle happen and go back to hiding is weird when her father is being affected by it. Despite this being my least favourite season, I'm actually curious to seeing you watch one particular episode that I actually like lol.
