There are quite a few of the "minisodes" through Series 5, 6 and 7. Most are inconsequential to the overall narrative of the show, but fun to watch, and sometimes give a bit of context linking episodes (The Doctor pushing Amy out of the Tardis leads directly to the scene at the star of The Beast Below where she is floating in Space outside the Tardis doors). There are a couple of very important minisodes from series 7 leading up to the 50th anniversary special which are essential viewing, which I'm sure someone will direct you to as you approach that milestone.
