You have no idea how hard I cried at that final scene when this first aired. Godric :( I know I say this every episode but the rest of the season is bananas lol

Characters like that never last long. They are too good for this world. Although I realized later that even though Godric was very evolved at the end he probably spent many centuries killing people and came to regret it and was very touched by Sookie’s tears and empathy. Almost like anyone can be forgiven like she said. Beautiful😭

It’s nice to see someone getting so emotional at a show like I do, things can really hit home for me. Even knowing what would happen I was still overwhelmed with emotion watching this, and wow I’m reminded what a good actor Alexander really is, I’ve seen him in some dramas and he can portray real people very well, so when Eric shows his “humanity” I think that’s when his acting really shines on this show. Of course he plays a stone cold vampire quite well too, lol. This was a really good episode. I’m liking Sam a lot more this time around too, maybe it’s your influence or I’m just seeing things in a different way.
