Patreon Billing Issue (Hopefully minor!) (Patreon)

Hey folks, I just wanted to make a quick update to let you all know that some patrons have reported a double charging issue; they were charged normally on the 1st and then against on the 2nd or 3rd. When I check for these charges I only see one normal charge, so I'm unable to refund the extra charge.
It looks like Patreon is already working to resolve it (I believe that's what this status update is about: https://status.patreon.com/incidents/dts85s3jm0f6?u=lsxfkgkbcyns ) but if you notice it has happened to you it might not hurt to open a support ticket to make certain the charge is reversed.
You can open a support ticket by going to Patreon Help (https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us) scrolling down, and clicking "Email Patreon Support."
