September Physical Rewards Sign-up! Closes Sept 15! (Patreon)

So it's been ages since I last did a physical reward and I'm hoping most of you still know how it goes; instead of using Patreon to compile addresses, I'm using Google Forms. You will also be able to tell me which item you want via the form.

Vinyl stickers won the polling so I'm going to do those this time, but there were lots of good suggestions which I'll keep in mind for next time! You can see the sticker designs I've come up with on the poll page below~

Quick notes!

-Please don't share this link! It's for patrons only!

-Please sign up ASAP so you don't miss it! No latecomers this time!

-Please provide a physical, working, mailing address! I cannot email physical goods to you!

-I usually end up having to send hundreds of these when I do them so I cannot take special requests!

-Please triple check your addresses before hitting submit, and save the link provided at the end in case you want to quadruple check! I will not contact anyone whose address looks fishy or doesn't work!

-Please be patient with me!

-I will try to make these stickers available to buy later if you want both sets but I can't promise it will be timely!
