Physical Goal Rewards! (Patreon)

So for those of you who are new to my Patreon, every so often I will send out physical rewards to patrons when I hit a goal. It's unclear if Patreon ever officially recorded my last goal as achieved or not, since it spent most of the month above, but either way I'm going to call it achieved and make some rewards for you all :))

The reward this time will be fabric patches similar to these: http://reapersun.tumblr.com/post/163651728642/There are 8 to pick from; $1 patrons will get to choose one patch, and $5 and up patrons get two! I decided these particular themes because they match my biggest current projects, and made a cute option and a more tasteful option. They're literally just fabric swatches, and there's more info about them over on the form.

You need to fill out the form linked below to receive an item; it will be open until October 15th, and after that I will close it and order the fabric. Please don't forget to fill out the form because I will be unable to send you a patch if I don't get your info on time!
