Development Report 10/1/2018 + Poll (Patreon)

Hello Patrons, Versus X here!

After fighting with a flu and finishing a temporary job, to get some extra cash, to pay some bills, I'm back with a new development report.

Poll: Comic vs Kinetic Novel

Let's start this time with a poll. As you may know, Punished Mai and Bioasshard are two big projects but, as we announced some time ago, there will be accompanied with other small projects to complement their universes (like The Untold Days from Punished Mai or It's Personal from Bioasshard). Well, some of these 'mini-projects' are very focused on story (and secx [get rid of the c y'know xD], of course) and doesn't need any gameplay. For these projects, we thought to release them as comics but after the development of The Case of T we discovered that the Kinetic Novel is an interesting genre to tell these stories too. Well, both genres have their pros and cons that Meguido and I discussed a few days ago and didn't get to any conclusion so I thought to make a poll to know your opinion.

The Untold Days (Punished Mai)

Finally, we managed to get back to this project.

During this past weekend Meguido and I have been revamping some parts of the story and reorganized it a little bit better. Now we can say that the story is finished.

It's time to get back to the toon shader to see if we can make something that looks good.

Oh! And we need to decide if this will be Comic or a Kinetic Novel.

Bioasshard Development Report

Area

I'm still waiting to buy the new assets, I think that I'll need to wait until day 6 or so to receive the money from Patreon.

Meanwhile, We're experimenting with the lighting and general ambience for the area but this is very provisional due to the lack of assets specially on interior.

3D Modeling

I'm also working again with the 3D models for consumable items...

Right now this is waiting for texturing (the above image is outdated ^^).

Meguido

Yo everyone!

I'll get right to the point. So I've been working in the new systems and gameplay tweaks for the next version along with some other stuff. Because that part is hard to show without a video (and I can't record videos while using UE4...) I'll show you some pictures of one of those "other stuff" I'm working on instead.

I won't explain anything but you'll have to guess he he he. I think it's pretty easy xD

So that's all for now. Let's see how many of you can guess and sugest what that is what I'm working on (and no, it's not Jill's rig XD).

Midnight Assault Progress Report (in collaboration with KouenWorks)

Unfortunatelly, no progress has been done lately on this project. I was unable to contact with Kouen during the past week... but at least, the last time I talked with him, he told me that we'll be able to finish the correction phase in a couple of days.

If his forecast is correct, it's possible for this comic to be released this month... but I can't assure that, until I talk with Kouen.

We're also working on Waifustream...

This is a WIP for the logo. What do you think?
