Game itens (Patreon)

Working a little more on the MMPR project, we decided to include some itens for the game:

• Power Up
• Life Up
• Power and Life Up
• Full Power Up
• Full Life Up
• Extra Life

The Power and Life itens will be the same from Avengers game, including the sound effects. But the extra life will be a custom one :)

By the way, the hitsparks won't have those words.
