In this episode Peridot discovers shipping.

Something I really love about Peridot's arc is the individual episodes focusing on her bonding with each of the Crystal Gems and the lessons she learned from them. Steven taught her to trust others more, Pearl taught her that Gems can be more than what they were made for, Amethyst taught her to consider other people's feelings, and Garnet taught her to make an effort to understand others, despite any differences.
