Hello!

Some users have told me that, when entering my Patreon, they thought the game was abandoned, due to the lack of recent posts.

Although I have left a last post talking about this, some users suggested that, with the progress I have made in Trello during the month, I could give a summary here on Patreon, every month.

And that's what I'm going to do!

Chapter 1... Part 3, epilogue 6, section 4, interlude 54...?

Before starting, I want to settle the confusion of names between updates xD.

Before, I had planned 3 Chapters for the ENTIRE story, that I planned to show in only this single game.
As I also said before, I'm inexperienced and the more I progress on the game the more I realize that those are impossible goals, HHG, with ONLY the prologue having 12 GB of size. I'm SURE that with only Chapter 1, will reach 25/30GB.

Recently, I have decided to post PARTS of Chapter 1 between updates, as I said in my previous post.

So, updates "would" be called Chapter 1, Part 1.
The thing is, with only one chapter, the game would be pretty long already.

I've decided for what I call "Chapter 1" to be the entire game and continue the story in other games. It would be the best for the gameplay and the workflow.

Worry not, "Chapter 1" is long as hell, enough for it to be an entire story arc and works as an entire game.

From now on, I will call parts as chapters. So, the next update is Chapter 1, and the next is Chapter 2. No more "Parts" or other confusing stuff.

The next update WILL be called Chapter 1, but it is not the same "Chapter 1" I've been talking about this whole time.

This is done mostly to avoid confusion.

What was called "Chapter 1" is the entire game now.

What was called "Part 1" is Chapter 1 now.

The next update will be v0.2.0, Chapter 1.

I will post all the progress made until now, as I did not post previous months' progress.

Apply Grammar Corrections

Applied grammar corrections for the Prologue and Christmas event.


Re-Organize Chapter 1 Systems

100% DONE

Everything ported and tested correctly.
The game works fine with all new systems!

In v0.1.3, I’ve reworked almost all the girls' code to make it less… well… buggy.
For example, in this new system girls have a defined location every day, so, when you stop talking with them, they don’t jump from one location to another randomly, they stay in the same place.

There were multiple changes done to the “location“ system. Events now don’t require you to be in SPECIFIC places, for example, you can be in ANY place of the Market and a scene can trigger. This helped solve some inconsistency problems of having events triggering at the entrance of the guild, the living, or the kitchen. Same with the Market Entrance or Market Center. Now some events like the “Fara is in the Market at Noon“ are not confusing anymore, and as long as you are in the Market, the event is triggered.

Some girls, when having level-up events that require you to do something (For example, taking a bath), made the girl disappear completely from any place, now this doesn’t happen.

And this is just SOME of the stuff that has been done. Remember that it’s not that I’ve made this now, this was done more than two years ago, but now I’m porting it to the new changes (And fixes, the fixes ARE the reason I’m porting from v0.1.3 to v0.1.2.3) I’ve made between December 2022 and April 2023.


Topics (Rework Talk Mechanic)

How does it work?

  • Whenever there’s a level-up, quest, or side event, some girls may have something to say about it, you will unlock a TOPIC; Whenever there’s a topic available, you will have a specific TOPIC icon in: The Girls Deck, The Quickview, The Map, Inside the Girl’s Card and in the Talk Options.
  • TOPICS have a specific duration once you unlock them. Some of them have really short times and some will remain for days, it’s up to you when you talk to the girls about them, to take risks based on whatever happens in the event.
  • If you miss the TOPIC, you will never be able to talk about it.
  • If you talk about the Topic, you will receive A LOT of affection.

I think this is a really positive change!


Lucy Events

21% DONE

  • Added Lucy level 11.
  • 48 renders added. (+/- 4 minutes added)
  • Ported the v0.1.3 level up system, that will help prevent people from levelling up girls twice, breaking their saves entirely.


  • Added Lucy level 12.
  • 74 renders added. (+/- 8 minutes added)
  • Changed the dialogue a little bit.
  • Fixed some grammar.


  • Added Lucy level 13.
  • 70 renders added. (+/- 6 minutes added)
  • Changed the dialogue a little bit.
  • Fixed some grammar.


  • Added Lucy position in the bathroom.
  • Available after level 8.
  • 14 Spent time renders. (1 headpat)
  • 48 Sexual Event renders.
  • 3 Animations, sound and voice acting.
  • Fixed some grammar.

Luna Events

21% DONE

  • Added Luna level 11.
  • 20 renders added. (+/- 2 minutes added)
  • Changed the dialogue a little bit.
  • Fixed some grammar.


  • Added Luna level 12.
  • 52 renders added. (+/- 5 minutes added)
  • Changed the dialogue a little bit.
  • Fixed some grammar.
  • This event will definitely require a more… “experienced grammar fixer” xD


  • Added Luna level 13.
  • 55 renders added. (+/- 3 minutes added)
  • Changed the dialogue a little bit.
  • Fixed some grammar.


Sunny Events

30% DONE


  • Added Sunny level 7.
  • 36 renders added. (+/- 3 minutes added)
  • Changed the dialogue quite a lot.
  • Fixed lots of grammar.
  • Sunny is the only one you can have an event the first day after Chapter 1 starts. You have to wait a while for the others.

The sunny events are one of the oldest, IIRC. The dialogue was kinda a mess… Expect me to maybe rework some events, or change some renders.

  • Changed the dialogue quite A LOT.
  • Fixed LOTS of grammar.
  • Added multiple sound effects and camera work.

After this level, you can fish at the beach. Fishing at the beach is more difficult than fishing at the Lake. This is where you will find your first 2 stars fishes. (A 2 star common fish is similar to a 1 star epic fish)

I will work on the gameplay later, for now, I will focus on events.

  • Added 1 topic after the event.

I forgot entirely about the new TOPIC system. I will try to add topics when merging events.



Leticia Events

12% DONE

  • Added Leticia level 6.
  • 42 renders added. (+/- 4 minutes added)
  • Changed the dialogue a little bit.
  • Fixed some grammar.


Zack Events

10% DONE

  • Added the first event of Chapter 1.
  • 288 renders added. (+/- 22 minutes added)
  • Added a 15 minute cinematic, you can skip it to sections to the very end.
  • Fixed a cinematic bug (When you right click the menu to skip, change volume and etc didn’t appear, I don’t know why and I don’t know if this bug is in v0.1.2.3b)
  • Added a Disable Non-Dialogue Hard Pauses option for Dialogue Accessibility. (So, you can click and skip some dramatic pauses)


  • Added the second introductory event of Chapter 1.
  • 72 renders added. (+/- 6 minutes added)
  • In this event you unlock:6 new quests: Chapter 1, Double Mask, Recruits, Fairy Clothes, The Suburbs and Training.
    Girls' Phases. In this case, you unlock the “Apprentice” phase of Shino. Her look changes permanently, she will be in new areas, she may or may not work and she will have a new card design.
    2 new tutorials: Phases and Companions.
    If you don’t have Narissa’s card in the prologue, you meet her here. As a card, that is.
  • Ported a system so girls could have dynamic variables without breaking everything. This will help me change girls name, job, positions, age, title and etc without putting in risk saves, this is almost directly linked to the phases. Girls will have tons of changes.


  • REWORKED Narissa first “PoV“ event.Previously 70 renders, now 111.
    Previously 3 minutes, now 6.

This event is from the prologue. It was changed because this was the only event that created a massive plothole in Chapter 1, and I will explain and specify in detail why it was changed, and what improved.

  • Previously, Narissa was dragged there forcefully by the ogres, like she was weak and a normal demon.This is not okay. DG ogres have a complete respect for Narissa. Enough to call her “Boss“. Narissa is not a normal demon, Narissa is the right hand of the Demon Goddess.
    In this new event, you have a pre and post Demon Goddess encounter scene, to show you that.
    Now, a Ogre just tells Narissa that the Demon Goddess wants to see her.

  • Previously, the DG is shown fast as a random a- enemy. It showed a weird “cute“ face when first seen, but she was angry with Narissa, like she was some random demon.The Demon Goddess is a really important and curious character, she’s cute, weird and intimidating at the same time. And I think this new event will give to her the proper introduction she deserves.
    She's genuinely soft-spoken to Narissa, at first.
    The Demon Goddess have a great genuine appreciation to Narissa as her right hand.

  • Previously, the DG told Narissa that they received a sword as a payment, Leon’s sword. And she gave a speech about how a new hero was born, because a random guy survived the assault of a Demon.Now, Narissa explains pretty well how the Contract of the Demons works.
    The Demon Goddess is not angry at Narissa for making a new hero, but because Narissa herself, doing the Demon Goddess' Duty, accepted a contract from a “Crowned“ Hero, their enemies, and almost failed.
    Demons make contracts for “Favors“ or “Relics” (Personal weapons). If the demons fail the contract, they owe TWO favors. The Demon God doesn’t want, under any cirscunstances, be in debt with the Crowned. The Demonicals have to be the stronger and feared side of Valirya.

  • Previously, Narissa is shown as weak at the side of the DG, but still gets angry when DG mentions her sister and what she’s going to do to her. The DG saw “CHALLENGE“ in the eyes of Narissa, and Narissa tells her that she will KILL the “Hero“.Now, Narissa stands up when the DG mentions that if she’s not cappable of doing contracts the proper way, then Narissa’s sister will do it.
    Now, Narissa gets angry because she’s the one doing the paper of the Demon Goddess, and still, the DG gets angry at her for doing a bad work. And if she doesn’t like it, the DG should do it herself instead of sleep all day.
    This time, the DG doesn’t kick in the face to Narissa. She just makes her kneel again using her sword.
    The Demon Goddess doesn’t like Narissa’s vision as a Demon Goddess, and she see competition in her eyes.
    Now, the DG tells Narissa that she has nothing to in the tower, and to go and complete her mission.
    The DG mentions that Leon is part of an organization, that is mostly, dead and unoperative.
    She explains that The Hero of Oar’s Rest asked so the contract doesn’t cause any death of innoccents at the eyes of his organization. Still, the DG tells Narissa that they cannot allow to break the contract, and that if there is a problem, kill the MC without hesitation.

  • All the other events involving Narissa will have some changed dialogue! But, to be honest, I think this is a way better presentation of these two characters who are going to be around for quite a while, mostly on Chapter 1.


  • Added player event.
  • 69 renders added. (+/- 5 minutes added)
  • Added multiple sound effects.
  • After this event, you progress the quest; “Biomal Forge“ and you unlock Leticia level 6.


  • I’ve been working on porting a new location: “Deep Forest“
  • This location was suposedly to be available half chapter 1, now, will be available early on.
  • That’s why I’m taking my time adding low-tier quality of fish, forages or ores you get there. This is not the place you are supposed to visit early on, but the MC cannot still in one place, so most of the stuff will keep being high tier. (In terms of Chapter 1)
  • For the early Chapter 1 stuff, another location will be added later, a normal forest.
  • I’m also changing some cameras an adding some small puzzles or secrets, as I’m rethinking the way the player is supposed to progress, there will be a couple of progressing elements, having some routes locked until you… unlock… certain powers and abilities.

  • I’m, more than porting it, upgrading it by changing the design a little bit and adding lots of stuff to do in almost every single instance of this location.

The new one may look oversaturated with fish, but don’t worry.
The flowers, the planks and even the fish are part of foraging, so they appear randomly and you will likely never see this place as full as it looks in the image.

And yes, there’s a place for a girl to hang around!

I'm aware that is FAR LESS PROGRESS than what I expected, but it is also true that I've been kinda busy and have not that much time at the PC, anyways, I've used time to think and plan how I'm going to handle all the changes I need so I can actually aim at finishing this game, and working on the next one later.

By the next one, I mean Hero's Harem Guild 2, or however it's called at that time, I have no intention of working on other games, I can barely handle one. XD

Can i get a new download link or patch/something for the Mac Version of this game? Neither the patreon links or Itch.io downloads work for me but every other game runs fine without crashing.

Sounds amazing. I can say with total sincerity that I can wait as long as it takes for you to make something you're proud of. The current content, especially the end, is masterful. I am confident it will be worth the wait.
