I disagree with the idea that prisoners can't make military equipment. Especially if it's something as numerous as TIEs. The standard issue TIE is definitely something they'd have prisoners / slaves make - especially in smaller individual parts. They don't really have the resources to sabotage anything and if they did they'll just be killed. That said I don't think it's TIE fighter parts, but it could be any number of things the military uses.

While I think it's wonderful that Syril has found his soul mate in Dedra...after the torture scene, I would have no problem with Cassian shooting her in the face.

What an episode! The Narkina scenes are claustrophobic and stressful and the behind the head shots are beautiful

This was a fantastic episode. Andy Serkis is amazing. Everyone's acting has been nothing short of top notch. One thing that I see people talking about is just what are they making during the shifts - imagine if what they were building was completely pointless? I'm imagining as they push a full cart into the wall, the things just get melted down or taken apart just so they can be put back together again. A redundant circle for the rest of your imprisoned lifetime.

I'm wondering how long it's been since she was on Coruscant, I could totally see her (and most core worlders) being privileged brats as young teens. I'm very curious if she lost someone close to her, or became radicalized by something else

The coruscant shots are just jaw dropping. Dedra is full-blown lawful evil but it's done in such a convincing way that it makes you feel dirty for rooting for her

Claustrophobic is a perfect word for the prison scenes. Ugh, and those little bunks they have to lay in. I toss and turn and would be worried about falling onto the floor in my sleep

No you're right, it is possible and mirrored in our own history. Hell, the TIE Defender factory on Lothal is a good example, but it's also why I say they *shouldn't* because look what happened there! lol

I kinda hope it *is* something pointless that they're making, like in The Wall. I doubt we'll get answers at this late stage, if we even see the prison again. Maybe the starwars.com trivia guide will finally answer it
