I LOVED this episode. They really did not shy away from the tactics the rebels use in their fighting. Sure, they're standing up to this corrupt fascist regime, but that doesn't make the rebels all moral and upright. They really are criminals, and there is a legit argument to be made that they are terrorists. We may be made to root for them and they may be right, but damn.... They just march in, kill people, steal stuff, take hostages, threaten children, the whole shebang. It's just a good perspective to have on these things. I am wondering if Cinta is actually one of the Dhani? Like maybe stormtroopers killed her family while clearing out the Highlands and she joined the mission when the insurgents went recruiting or something. That could help explain why she was willing to stay behind. That or she was really committed, I don't know. Also that was probably the most visually stunning 10 minutes of Star Wars we've seen yet. The troopers getting into the TIEs, the crystal showers, the chase out through the Eye - huge props and appreciation to the VFX artists that made this show happen.

Completely agree about the VFX, The Eye itself was breathtaking! And that's a really interesting thought and Cinta, she could be Dhani but also they specifically said her family was slaughtered by stormtroopers, which we haven't seen on this planet at all.

This episode was outstanding. All of the plot building and character development really paid off. I was literally on the edge of my seat during the entire episode. The time that this show is dedicating to showing the "human" side of the rebellion and imperial figures is spectacular. This feels like the most adult version of Star Wars I've ever seen. Not to mention how visually stunning some of the scenes were. The whole Eye Meteor Storm was breathtaking.

My favorite episode so far! I was tense the whole time and so wanted this crew to get out of it safely even if they weren't all believers in the cause. I'll take Star Wars content like this any day.

i appreciate when shows can really convey a tone, especially one that slowly builds tension and uneasiness like it did here. the actor who plays kimzi, nick blood, was in agents of shield and i've always loved seeing him whenever he pops up on a show, so it was extra heartbreaking to see him as an imperial just doing his job (and well) and ruining it for our rebels lol i saw on twitter this gif of k-2so telling andor to "climb" in rogue one just like nemik did. sheding a tear

There has to have been some sort of surveillance system in that loading Bay. Almost guaranteed that they have video of andor, and can link him to the planet ferrix, his mom, Brasso, and The Lovable Droid. Since Syril was chasing andor, the empire May tap him to continue the pursuit. That will get him out of his mother's house. Or possibly they will assign tracking him to young boba Fett.

This episode, wow! Star Wars at its best!!! "Begun the Galactic Civil War has" 😉

To be fair....until it became a shootout they weren't planning on killing anyone...and the only reason that one officer died is because he pulled a gun on Nemik.
