Ahh! I was wrong! I was lead astray! The sword they gave Elendil last episode wasn't Narsil - they showed it in Tar-Palantir's tower. They also showed the Swan shield and....and... The Dragon-Helm of Dor-Lomin!!! I'm so hyped they just casually tossed those relics in there for us!

I think Adar is one of the "original orcs". That is to say, he was one of the ones taken and tortured, brainwashed, and bred into what become orcs. That would make a lot of sense as to why the orcs refer to him as "Adar" or "father" - because he basically is. That's my theory. He sort of acts as one of Sauron's lieutenants.

Did you catch when the refugees are entering the elven fortress, and Bronwyn says people have come from "every village from here to Orodruin" (aka Mount Doom)? Confirming that this area actually is in Mordor.
