something short with these two characters!

one is a gangster and the other is just a regular teacher. i was DREAming of them over the week

both of them are of similar builds but of very differing personalities. these two knew each other when they were children but grew apart as they went to different places. gangster remembers teacher but the teacher does not yet. either way when they were young they both made a promise that they would marry. teacher lived a rough life due to his how big he was and people constantly trying to fight him and prove their strength. they always end up losing because of his innate talent.  but he isnt a fighter (love these types lol) and never really wanted to engage in these battles. he remained his gentle self and studied to be a teacher. he wanted to lead the generations to a better path if he could. anyways the gangster lived roughly too, but instead of being a pacifist, he went all in and took over his hometown. he might as well moderate the crime since itll happen anyways. 

these two meet as 30 year olds (roughly) and date each other. the gangster never had any relationships as he was keeping that promise and while the teacher forgot, hell soon remember him. the teacher never had any relationships because of his size and general awkwardness. despite being a pacifist, it was hard to talk to someone that wasn't trying to fight him. it was that  frequent for him.  these two little fools will have those first times with each other. 

in some little stories i had, the gangster warns his underlings to not fight the teacher, and they thought it was cus he wanted to rope him into the business. he made it very clear it was becase they'd lose.  as well as tell them matter of factly that he is the apple of his eye. the gangster loves a certain type of flower. its because they remind him of the teacher. he is very forward in saying that he has plans to marry the teacher and have a big family, but because he is very honest, being linguistically romantic is a challenge. so he often gives up on trying to be poetic when it fails a lot more than it succeeds. teacher finds this very cute. 

teacher can get flustered from the forwardness of the gangster, but genuinely enjoys that someone is so honest to him. teacher is more shy more often than he is direct.
