Weekly check in (Patreon)

So I've spent this week looking the war system over.  I've made multiple changes on how the math is done in the background to make it feel less random.  I think I succeeded but I'll appreciate your comments on it at the start of next month.  I also added in the cheat panel.  I was thinking that I'll give the cheat panel to everyone this month (since I promised it) but from then on, it will be a 10$ and over perk.

This week will be spent adding in the CGs I have and making some changes to the talking panel.  I'll also probably add in the save panel too.
