[What's New] Notice for new subscriptions, cancellations, and upgrades. (Patreon)

I have been using the deferred payment format on Patreon, and I thought it was impossible to pay in advance on Patreon. However, I recently learned that it is possible to change to prepayment in the settings.

Since I will be posting coupon codes for new books this month, I decided to change to prepayment format this month to prevent the possibility of only confirming the coupon code and canceling the payment if I don't change to prepayment format.

And since the beginning, Fantia* has always used the prepayment format. In other words, this change is also to unify the payment format with Fantia.

(Fantia is a membership platform where I submit the same works as Patreon in Japanese.)

For those who are planning to newly join or rejoin, payment is due at the time of joining. If you are currently a Tier A member, you will be charged the difference between Tier A and Tier B when you upgrade to Tier B. Downgrading from Tier B to Tier A will not be affected.

If you continue your subscription, the first day of each month will be the payment date starting the following month as in the past.

We have made it a little harder for new subscribers to get in, but this is to make it fair with Fantia users and to prevent fraud.
