The Roommate Agreement (Patreon)

This was a piece commissioned by a patron a few weeks back. In it, a lousy living situation is rectified when they sit down to hammer out a roommate agreement that everyone can abide by.

As an aside, I used to work in college student housing, and let me tell you, I saw some seriously ugly roommate conflicts start over some amazingly petty shit. I'll never forget the time a young woman stormed into my office demanding we kick her roomie out of campus housing immediately because - I shit you not - the roomie had rearranged the girl's shoes without her consent.

Seriously could've used an agreement process like this back then. Could've saved a lot of people a lot of grief...
