Who's ready to party?!

It doesn't actually matter if you're ready or not, so forgive my psyching you up. For Mr. Canon and his ladies, however, it is finally party time. This chapter gets kind of describy, but hopefully not in an onerous way. Either way, at least one more to come!

Well, knives, really. Much like the rest of the chapter, which is everything we (and Canon) love about these characters, but multiplied out to self-parody. But if there's anything THaL has proven, both in the original series and in this well-earned victory lap, it's that there's no such thing as Too Much with this cast. Tabitha can dress up to such a ludicrous extreme of pedestalled glory that you'd assume it was gag, but it's just how warped and weird their minds are now. I loved it, obviously. It's all about nostalgia and the happy accident of real happiness, and that's nice. But it's also wistful in its recognition of Taylor's central role in the story, and what better way to talk about Nostalgia and Taylor than by having her make her return stuffed in the trunk of a car? Off to read the next chapter (two installments in one day? Talk about THaL nostalgia!), but terrific job on this one.
