A long time back, I started, but never got very far with, a story called Mod World. I play enough PC video games that I fiddle around with the occasional mod for them, and it won't shock you to learn I'm prone to rendering the women in my game world prettier and rounder.

This story is told from the point of view of the protagonist of such a game, trying to adjust on the fly to the mods that are thrown their way. It's a little bit satirical, and it probably helps if you have any interest in video gaming, but maybe it's fun regardless? I dunno.

Either way, last month I posted a poll about benefit adjustments, and here's the first installment in my new monthly series of stories reserved exclusively for you folks. I'll be doing one every month (in addition to whatever other commissions I do). It's a nice opportunity to take a little time off from other projects and whip up something fun and stand-alone, as I always wind up with more ideas than I push myself into doing.

Speaking of, benefits are now officially adjusted. The only real change is that $5+ gets you access to these monthly stories, and $20+ now gets you a 20% commission discount (previously reserved for $50+). Otherwise, all the old benefits are still in place. If you wanted information on commissioning a story, I also updated my base post on the subject here.

All that said, enjoy, and happy modding!

I kinda hoped, based on the description, that the main character would be unaware that she was a character in a game. The actual story went in a different direction. Not a bad one, but I still kinda feel it would have been more fun if the main character was't aware of why weird things were happening to/around her.
