**Update** - I believe we fixed it, you guys! 

For anyone else wondering: I believe the issue is a mix of taking time to load. It can take a few minutes but also specifying the preview image by Preference > file handling > Saving InDesign Files > Always save preview images > first page. That seems to have worked 😭Thank you all for your help! **Cries coffee** 

I am squeezing onto your screen today with a request for some tech support assistance.

Spoiler alert - We are currently working on the digital PDF version of the Ugly Sketchbook! Oh yeah! **happy dance**

However, we've hit a super annoying bug! Our PDF seems to lose the original artwork cover when it's exported and instead we end up with a naassty template cover. See the attached photo for example. I have been wracking my brain trying to resolve this and I simply cannot figure it out haha. 

Do you have experience with this kind of issue? Do you have any advice or wisdom you can share with us on this? We would be SO appreciative if you can help us out.

We are using InDesign and Adobe Acrobat
