Hello, it is time to reveal some of the Lovecraftian models.

Tsathoggua:

"Tsathoggua dwells in the chambers of N'kai, deep beneath the earths surface. He is often found asleep between piles of human bones. If it is not really necessary, he outright refuses to leave his chambers. Many different cults worshipped him over the centuries. His servants are the "Formless Spawns" that carry out every one of his wishes."

The Hounds of Tindalos:

"Beings that live in the "corners" of the timeline. Those times when something so unlikely, something thought impossible, happens and the timeline shifts abruptly. Who created those beasts? Are their origins in the future or the past? No one really knows. What we know is that they hunt time traveler and people who actively seek visions of the future. Why do they do that? Maybe to protect our timeline and prevent paradoxes? Could they even be the guardians of time itself?"

And now to some classic monsters that we all know and love.

Mimic:

"Just some regular objects. Nothing suspicious here."  😃

Thank you!

And here I was, thinking I didn't like Lovecraftian minis...well, I need these!

Those mimics are killer! And the Tsathoggua looks positively nasty and vile. The hounds have this Alien monster thing to them that either I am looking too much into it or it is there. Still like the mash of the different creatures.

epic_miniatures

Thank you! We actually tried to distinguish the hounds more from the xenomorph. The first draft looked even more similar. I think it is the smooth forehead that causes the resemblance. 😃

If you dig into the lore and can produce those "monsters", this will be the BEST Lovecraftian release to date. So far, so good!

epic_miniatures

Thank you! We spend a lot of time (usually at the beginning of the month) to figure out what the models we want to create represents and how they should feel. It is harder to do that for Lovecrafts entities than classical monsters like dragons though. But we will continue doing our best. 😃

Just joined love the sets, love to see some classic monsters from D&D. These look great a lot of the miniatures look on the large side I assume they will print on a standard Resin printer (anycubic photon s)?

epic_miniatures

Hello Paul, thank you for your support! We would love to include some more classic monsters. We are just limited by the theme of the month to be honest. And yes, every model is made so that it fits into a standard resin printer. 😃

David Dickson

You guys are straight up killing it!

My wife noticed the mark on Tsathoggua's belly. Way to dual purpose a mini! :D Definitely in for next m for next month.
