Week 1 Pre-Sale Update! (Patreon)

Hello my strange & wonderful lovelies! Wanted to fire off a quick update to keep you all in the loop about how the SLOW CIRCUS: VACUUM pre-sale is going.

I was working from 9am up until 11pm for about the last 10 days getting everything in order for this 'launch': setting up my online store, writing back and forth with the printer about drop-shipping locations, addresses, and timelines, pulling together all the emails I wrote earlier this year on 'The Germany Story' as a free download to bring more eyes to the project, setting up FB ads (THAT PART IS REALLY HARD & CONFUSING, GOOD LORD), experimenting with marketing/talking about the project on TikTok (shockingly, actually have some traction there), etc. (I'll be uploading "The Germany Story" .pdf here tomorrow for those of you not on that part of my mailing list / on IG).

So far everything is going really well! We just hit 50 pre-sales.
For 6 days into the pre-sale, this is fantastic!

It's quite a different experience / learning curve than what I've known before from doing educational lectures with Jen (@Cirque_Physio): advertising an object that doesn't physically exist yet is a weird feeling, but I'm getting a handle on it.

Despite the terror of the initial few days of launch (who is going to sign up for this, this is a terrible mistake, I'm going to fall flat on my face, what am I doing, WHO DO I THINK I AM– oh. this ... isn't ... going ... awfully. Okay then. *inhales*) things are heading in the right direction.
