Hello everyone and welcome to another in the line of progress reports!

This one will be very brief as I'm writing it in the middle of the night with the intention of heading to bed as soon as possible, all in anticipation of midsummer celebration tomorrow.

This week has been quite heavy on the technical side, familiarizing myself with LeGuyMelef's outfit system as well as modifying it myself to fit our more extravagant proportions here, as you can see on Wonder Woman above. Thanks to this singular model creator we have a whole array of models available, particularly from the Street Fighter series, ready to be kitted out in these kind of clothes - so don't be surprised if you see a certain Chun-Li parading around the alleys of old in the near future. Similarly, I've noted that the vast majority of the models from (now retired) ArhoAngel are capable of similar proportions of the Widowmaker piece I finished up this week. Speaking of, thank you so much for your kind words and feedback on that one, as it's been very uplifting to hear that people enjoyed it even with its flaws and all. It felt a bit rushed in the end, but I like it significantly better over the original idea that it grew out of regardless.

There's been a small lull in commission work lately as I've hit a few roadblocks, but I'm looping around the list for another go in the near future to see who are still interested. Following that, we'll see when, or by all means if, I open up again. I will definitely have to reconsider my approach to these in the future.

In larger project work we've mostly been stuck on peripheral stuff, so sadly very little has gotten done other than some script writing on the Warcraft comic and me double-checking the scene setups of Continued Negotiations after the recent Blender update so as to make sure the models don't suffer any weird issues. I hope to get back to it in earnest from next week onwards, with the usual updated schedule churning on just as always.

Thank you, as always, for your continued support and for all of your kind words! I hope you get some similar enjoyment out of your Friday when I'm busy (responsibly) celebrating Midsummer outdoors -  I hope to not drink too much, as I'm at that age now where hangovers last for 2 days straight, so I should be back in action sometime during this weekend, making sure we've got some jiggly bits for Monday as usual.

Now, make sure to take care of yourselves, and each other! Stay hydrated in this heat!

I hope you enjoy the celebration and get some much needed relaxation! Out of curiosity, are you no longer working on Dossier: The Convict? I know you'd shown a teaser at the beginning of June but I don't see it listed under ongoing projects and I'm always excited for more Jack content

Thank you, I'll make sure to do so :) And that's my bad - I had simply forgotten to update the on-going project list. Dossier: The Convict is well underway, I've just hit a few snags, one such being how to make sure the scenario doesn't get a bit samey owing to the inherent limitations to the male models severely restricting what camera angles I can afford to give the viewer. I have no doubts I'll solve that in due time, however.

That makes sense! Is there something to be done about that down the road such as with higher quality male models, or are the restrictions more specific and generally in need of camera wizardry to solve anything? To be honest, I saw a preview of Jack in a mating press and I was sold so I think I, at the very least, will be happy no matter what LOL

Happy midsummer!

Quality is alright enough, aside from the fact that the poor sods don't actually have any faces, so I need to find a work-around that probably involves more poses unless people would like a scenario where literally just this camera angle is utilized for a good minute or so. Add to that a lack of in-game footage to sort of set the scene, as I am yet to find the time to pick up the remaster myself and play it, and we're a bit short on the requirements to go full steam ahead with the scenario. And I understand perfectly - the pose and setting are what got me interested in doing the thing in the first place, after all :)
