Progress Report, 06/11 - 20 (Patreon)

Hello everyone and welcome to a brief Progress Report.

This week has been hell at work, and I've thus had very little time to dedicate to project work beyond that of the peripheral, but still necessary, stuff. In that sense, I've poked around a bit with the scene above in the engine, written part of the Tifa Blender Project script, which I dare say is shaping up nicely, and have considered the prospect of a Christmas Special for this year as well. All in all, these are busy times, as November often is, before a brief pause in early December prior to the inevitable ramping up that is the holidays.

Regardless, I'm just waiting for the invoice by MissMoonified for the voice acting work on the 3K/5K twitter celebration piece, and once I have that I should have the damn thing finished within a week or two, provided the schedule at work won't be as horrid as this week. It's not a huge project by any stretch, but it's beginning to feel like an annoying hindrance that is bigger than it is, standing between me and my other ambitions here, even though I do like the premise and how it's shaping up.

Following the project's release, we'll look at polling for another large SFM project, as we keep churning on with the remaining ones.

Only 1 commission remains in the works, still. Once that one is done, I have realized I'll have to work down the current line with 1 at a time, in order to utilize the space I have for them in a somewhat sensible manner. If you were promised a slot last time I opened, I will randomly assign an order at which I'll contact the remaining people on that list, and begin to work my way down it in this manner. Next time I open, I'll probably just accept a handful of commissions.

I understand we're all exhausted and on edge in these tumultuous times, so I'd like to thank you, as always, for sticking with me in whatever capacity you can, in whatever form your support comes, and for being such a kind community. This too shall pass, and hopefully, we all move towards a less perilous future, in whatever form that comes.

In the meantime, we only have each other. So take care of yourselves, your loved ones, and, of course, each other.
