Hey guys!

It's a new month and so it's time to discuss what to expect. It won't be a long list, but I still hope there will be something for everyone to look forward to.

Firstly, I will be away for a few days to rest a little, but I will be back next week with the continuation of the new Mother's Day Gals comic. I plan to release it in 3 parts in total, so somewhere in next week I have the first part comleted and then move on to the next one. Hopefully I have the whole comic ready this month.

The next big thing will be the continuation of the Game Night to end the month with a new turn.

I know it does not sound much, but it will be a lot of work on my part, and I can't wait to jump back into action.

IMPORTANT NEWS FOR $10 BACKERS! PLEASE READ!

So, this only involves $10 backers and it's about the near future of the short comics.

As you know, I always doing my best making these comics. But lately I came to the realization that with the pace i'm cranking these out is slow, way too slow. But with other comics worked on, I just can't make them any faster if I want to have some real world life. I'm just really stretched thin. Some of you are waiting for their comic for a very long time, thankfully patiently which i'm very grateful for. But I can still imagine some frustrations. And the biggest problem is that I announce new monthly winners faster than i'm able to keep up with.

So I came to a point where I must make an important decision how to continue things.

The first option is to do things as usual and have an ever growing waiting list, which is very unfair towards you guys. Unless you don't mind the long wait time.

The second option is to put everything on pause except the $10 backer comics for some time until I can work off these comics. This would mean 1 full comic per month if everything goes according to plan.

The third option is to do things as usual, but I would stop taking new $10 backer comics until I have worked off at least half of the ones on the waiting list. I'm just hesitant to do this because money is very tight nowadays and I can't afford to lose the income from the $10 tier. Or I could keep it up regardless even if I can't take new comics, because I know that some of you guys would still support my works with or without the revard. But it just doesn't feel right to not deliver what's in the tier.

Anyways, what do you think? How should I proceed? I will do things as usual for June, so there will be a winner at the end of the month and only implement possible changes for July, so you have a chance to change tiers if needed.

Thank you for reading thigs till the end. And please let me know what you think.

I'm more towards option 3, but that's because I don't plan on dropping my tier level regardless of the option that is ultimately chosen becausei enjoy the content here. I feel like option 1 will just keep growing exponentially unless you find a way to knock out content like a factory. Not sure how I feel about option 2.

BetheJohn

I'm ok with the third option, also a suggestion I have is after you finish half of the ones on the waiting list you should do the once a month winners every other month so you can catch up with the other half of the waiting list and not add too many people at a time then return it to the normal monthly schedule when you're ready.

Count Crusty

Another suggestion is possibly doing the $10 dollar lottery every 2-4 months. At least until you've caught up with the backlog

Third option sounds good but how about instead of providing a small comic you give future winners the option to choose their favorite comic characters you done so far and you give them a small sequence of the aftermath of the character they chose (5 to 10 pages max for the sequence). It can be sex scenes or where is that character now in their new life. For example x person won and they choose the couple for the anniversary comic and they would like to see were the couple is now in their new life. Also, if you think that the idea above is not gonna be enough for people to consider staying in this tier you can provide 10 $ backers with other perks like before and after renders of the characters of previous comics with a small description like the end pages from game night. for example before and after the transformation - age, sexuality, breast size...... etc. Just thinking of ideas that may not take that much of your time but could make people want to stay in the 10$ tier

I'm not a 10$ backer but regardless i want to give you my thoughts 😃. Count Crusty made a very good suggestion to doing the lottery every 4 months. I think this is a reasonable compromise. This gives you room to breathe.

I'm ok with option 3 and then every other month or every 3 months until you get backlog cleared.

Kuro7

I totally understand if money is tight, and why you're hesitant towards the third option. I would suggest the second option, but I don't know how long your backlog is and how long that would take. If you do end up going with Option 3, I would also suggest doing the $10 Backer lottery at least every other month so as to not stretch yourself thin between projects.

I would say change the lottery to just a pinup until you get your backlog ran through.

It is often underestimated how much time and work goes into our works, Sitri. I had about a year ago also such a decision where it was about my "TaskTier" level, where max 5 supporters per month could commission a single picture as a commission. The Single Picture very quickly became sequences and almost MiniComics when I pulled the cord and let the level run out and finished it. I would recommend option three. Each supporter, myself included, can choose to continue paying the $10/month, as this is voluntary, or choose another level. You, on the other hand, get the space and time to work through your list, alongside your main projects. There is no need to be hyper active and burn out in no time. So take the time you need, no matter what other say.

to be honest options 1 and 2 sound fine to me, but even then I actually don't mind at all if we just stick with option 1 its not really that big of a deal to me I know I had to wait a long time for my own when I won but its not like you aren't putting out content. and if you think about it Sitri this is allowing you an always available project to work on especially if you ever run out of ideas on your own. That being said I don't want you to fuck over your personal time and then get burnt out so the healthiest option I think for you that would still allow us to enjoy things would be option 2 I think.

GooPop

yeah no, 10 dollar backers would be extremely pissed if it was a just a pinup lol

GooPop

and as much as I like your work, if it is option 3 I won't be paying for a non existant service, thats why option 2 sounds like the best of both worlds, you won't be drowning with projects anymore and your customers will still get the service and possibly be even happier, you could even perhaps make it a cycle thing. For instance, every 6 months you stop making other projects and soley focus on the $10 backer projects until they are current again and then the 6 month counter starts back up again. It won't always be say in june and december if you reset the counter of months after the first cycle but you could make it hardline in june and december and it would only be a major stop of other works the first rotation because then the $10 backer projects wouldn't be built up to the point they are now.

SitriAbyss

Thank you for sting around regardless what I choose to do. And that's a really good idea. I did not think of that option.

SitriAbyss

Thank you for you opinion and concern. I will try to make the best possible decision that works for the majority. Including myself :)

SitriAbyss

That's really some good points you make. I need to think them over with the other suggestions, thank you.

SitriAbyss

I must agree with Beandon on this. It just doesn't feel right towards new winners when the previous ones got full comics.

Cory Hummel

Thank you for the heads up. I look forward to the continuation of Game Night

My casual opinion lean towards 2/3. But continuing as usual is gonna drive you nuts without any structure. Thanks Sitri

How about option 4 Why dont you keep the 10-backer comic the same but do it less often like maybe 1 every other month and have a 10$ backer vote that is separate for the non 10$ backer comics so the 10$ backers get a guaranteed outcome on at least 1 tf that way you can pace yourself and maintain the 10$ backing numbers or failing that you provide a different benefit to being a 10$ backer

That's an interesting proposal. I need to think about it how viable it could be. Thank you for your opinion as always :)
