just a cute little oven/stove thingy to go with the cookbook - it won't be required to cook the recipes!

YES! Will we get even more recipes cookable in the fireplace as well? Like how old school cottages used to have tea kettles they could swing into the fire and brew some tea or had a cauldron of food in the fire?

This is amazing! The white top might look a little more historic if you make it look like a grill grate? I can't wait to use this in-game! I was looking for a huge fireplace/stove from the 1600-1800s that nearly took up a whole wall but no dice. This will make an excellent alternative!

Depending on how many recipes I do, I'm aiming for testing at the end of next month (hopefully) but the next couple weeks are going to be quite busy for me so it just depends on how much spare time I get. But I am dedicating pretty much all my free time to this project 😊

Definitely going to be making tea recipes but depending on how the animation looks it would probably have to be on the stove top but i'm planning a cute kettle!

I actually got a little inspiration from a youtube video by townsends. They had a raised hearth built in their kitchen. I really liked the style and thought it would translate well into the sims with the limited animations for an oven. I'm going to do a couple variants and see how much I can edit before the animations look wacky. 😊

Truly, this would look so nice in gameplay. That open fire cooking situation. I know we'll never see it quite right, but cooking bread in there would be amazing. I love the sneak peak!
