In the midst of chaos

Stuck in the city-state of Quana as a meteor storm rages, the PCs take refuge in the old imperial palace along with other fugitives. They come across a dark conspiracy when it appears several members of court have been replaced by evil shapeshifters - and that they are responsible for summoning the meteor storm in the first place. The PCs have to carefully navigate the political battlefield at court to find out the truth…
In the midst of chaos is the sixth part of the Mini Monster Mayhem campaign, but it can also be played as a self-contained module for four 5th-level characters. It includes a new background that allows players to have their characters be members of the city-state of Quana’s nobility.
