Quick fix for Pure 0.250 with some WIP goodies (Patreon)

Those of you who've updated Pure to 0.250 on day one have likely noticed that C13 Aegis is brokey. Never fear!
A fix for pure 0.250 is here! It also includes:

• new exposure mode
• further fog tweaks: mostly no longer misbehaves on some tracks like LAC

The camera style exposure will remain fixed until a difference threshold is reached, at which point it will rapidly change to the new value. It will then re-lock when the fluctuation flattens out - see title GIF
