Here are all of August's videos!

Our Local Ramen Joint!

Borneo! | Part 10: Teeming with Life!

How We Made Shirts!

This was another busy but fun month for us! Kyde has been working a ton of overtime this summer as her company is pretty understaffed, and on my side getting all the details together for the new T-Shirt has been a huge change of pace so that additional challenge has been a refreshing difference. We also took a 3 day weekend and shot a series in Ibaraki that will be coming later this year. On top of all that we are thinking about making some big moves this winter and trying to get all the details sorted for that! Phew!

As far as videos I think I'm most nostalgic for the footage in Borneo Part 10. Seeing the changes in the environment there was shocking and has left a deep impression on me.

On the other hand I'm pretty hungry as I type this and just thinking about Hong Kong is almost tourture right now, hahaha.

On the third hand it was awesome to edit Kyde's footage of the screen printing and getting to see her hang out with a friend we have had for many years.

As for our plans, I don't have a lot to officially announce about the long term as we are still working out details of things. However in the short term there will be one or two more Borneo videos, a video detailing how we packed for Borneo (something we get asked about a lot), a couple more Hong Kong videos, the Ibaraki, Japan series and some random little Japan videos sprinkled in there now and then. The solo trip I had planned is on hold at the moment as immigration is taking longer than expected getting my visa to me, and I don't want to leave the city until that is sorted. Might end up being a fall thing, we will see!

By the way, we aren't worried about my visa, we just had a little paperwork snag I went and cleared up yesterday. Nothing serious. Immigration here is pretty easy to work with.

Anything specific you guys enjoyed this month? Anything you are looking forward to? Any questions at all?

Thanks as always, everyone. Your support is 100% of the reason this project is able to continue and we are very grateful!
