This episode was already the most tense and harrowing of the entire series, but just as you think everything is about to be OK you hear that voice, and all of the previous dread returns tenfold.

Agreed! I kept worrying that poor Tommy would end up as "Skin'd Tom" and almost couldn't bear to listen all the way thru.
