Colors! The Breeder Queen is here to stop Adam's insurrection and give everyone a reminder of who rules the hive, saving Vodka in the process. 

A big conflict that will define the hive's fate is about to begin! Also, someone else is about to hit the scene...

On a side note, the new colored page of "Our Big Day" will be complete tomorrow (or today, depending of your timezone)!

So breeder biology question (sorta?) Why not kinda do Adam's deal thing? can changing back n forth to hive minds actually cause major harm of sorts? the way vodka suggested the idea of "Empress of breeders", makes me think the more Queens (Maybe Brood mothers) could benefit the Hive more than do more damage

“Unlike me Adam knew-“ know what per say. I don’t actually believe he knows how to do anything. This man just stumbles upon crap and gets lucky. He is so obnoxious as a character and the main reason he’s a villain is partly out of his own greed and mostly due to his stupidity.

All villains don't have to be masterminds or expert fighters. A character who goes against the protagonists' interests or takes part in other people's suffering can be considered a potential villain. I could explain what's Adam role in all this, if he's the main villain or not... but the spoilers would be so big I would ruin the surprise factor. Said so (and as I already said before), wait until this path is over and you'll understand all the details.

Sooner or later, every Breeder queen will end up making her own hive. Breeders are competitive and territorial by nature, so there'd be a lot of fighting between queens and their respective hives -specially since those queens have nothing in common with each other- instead of remaining united as one single "entity". Vodka's idea of "Breeder Empress" would work only with her future twins and the Breeder Queen, since they're "family" and belong to the same hive, which means that they're connected to each other.

Not all villains have to be masterminds or expert fighters, but usually they'd have something else that makes up for it (maybe their motivations make up for it, or maybe they have some sort of charm despite this that makes them fun to watch when they are on screen, etc.). While yes some of these extra points are a subjective matter, I do think that part of my issue is that Adam lacks anything else to really make him standout without these other traits, except for "he's hot to look at" or his agenda could lead to an ending that other readers may want to see (Vodka and others submitting to him, or maybe something else). I feel as a whole he is lacking. I know how a villain/antagonist works, which is why I'm stating my issues with Adam. Also please understand that just because you say "just wait more will be revealed later" isn't an answer that excuses criticism of the villain here. All the readers have is just what we see right now, and it's fine for readers to speculate, guess, and criticize what they are seeing now. Also by you saying "just wait" it kind of builds up this pseudo hype of seeing what happens, and that can either help you if the readers feel like they got what they wanted, or make readers even more upset if the build up wasn't worth it, or still could be viewed as off, or even done to save face on a character that sucks. I.E whatever is going to happen for Adam. You built him up a certain way, so if something alters it, and it doesn't make sense then people will bring that up. Again as I've stated before, I'm pretty much here for the art. I really like your art, but I just find this story kind of all over in terms of how I feel about it. Although that doesn't affect your shorter comics like Breeding Pact, which I really liked.
