Hissed Connections Page 28 (Patreon)

Good evening my dears! Oh dearest me I nearly fell asleep all day. My pardons, though I especially felt committed to bring you all the next page of Hissed Connections tonight. I also thought perhaps to tell you a small story.

Recently I was sent a private note with an inquiry, and the fellow was most supportive. However they left myself with a question regarding a great sum of my comics, and work. Why on earth has their been a consistent theme of humans and monsters coming together under unique and unnatural circumstance?

Oh why indeed my dears..Perhaps it's because I felt like a monster for a long while. A repulsing entity whose only sense of identity came in the disparagement of others.  Perhaps a man came to me and without a single string attached, helped me  feel alright about what I had been for so long. Perhaps it was the same man I fell in love with for so many years. We all have stories, but not all of us feel like we're so human. There is a gratitude in those works, and a reminder of personal salvation, desperation, and hope. That any kind who feels as a monster, will not be the one fearing humanity.
