This is for those of you whose inward beliefs are that you're something awful. 

If you can hear me, any part of you. If you're hurting, I want you to know that your feelings matter; that you matter. That despite whatever thoughts you're conceiving right now against yourself...you're not  alone in this. 

Your problems aren't isolated to you, and they do not become you. 

 
Because you struggle does not mean you are weak. It means there is  something truly worth struggling for deep down inside yourself. Because  you are hurt, does not mean you are a burden. 

We don't see you the way that you see you, and you don't always see you the way I see you. You're here now. That's got to count for something. Because your tears aren't ugly, and your struggles haven't gone to waste. 

Take a step back. You're lighting up this dark place something beautiful. You need to know that.
