From the outskirts which there are many that the eye can see,

are wanderers from the darkened paths, and if you would bend a knee,

to watch and listen as they circle in a trance,

no matter how dire things may be, you are safe in the spiral of their shadow rabbit dance.

closer together now, we circle until we are side by side,

Meeting at the very center, they couldn't touch us if they even tried.
