They laid down their form to the earth in a humble, and dreadful bow. Resting their face into the dirt and the clay, they whispered. 

" Is that the end of it then? That through all this I have tried so desperately to achieve, it will be that I lose it far more easily than I have gained? I cannot accept this...I will break.. " 

And from the void whispered back. 

" You are such fearful and fleeting things. So determined to build the makeshifts of your own destinies, you seldom see the very foundation you have built over, or the reality of man's true nature. " 

It sighed into the cosmos. 

" all of you....you will break. For all of your kind's graces, arrogance of a rock will come to crack you just as a stone. You anchor yourselves far too insistently to the dirt as if you can defy growth and change. " 

" The cracks will appear... you...will break. And when that time comes, I hope you will realize the beauty of something fallen, ready to rise once more up. "
