Progress Update #85 (Patreon)

Korone is finally going to play Banjo again! She announced it on twitter last week and I painted this little image to celebrate.

Back in 2020 she was trying to do 100% completion on her first playthrough, which is crazy. Hopefully, she tries the 360 or the switch version this time around, she would probably enjoy it more with all the little improvements and the save states!

The next hololive animation I'm doing is the telephone game from the MiKorone endurance stream! That whole stream is amazing by the way, they played games, did some comedy sketches, and invited a lot of guests including some EN members. And It’s always entertaining to hear the JP and EN members communicating with each other, but I think the interactions are especially hilarious in this game!

It is a very long game and they played multiple rounds so I won't be able to animate everything. But it's pretty straightforward, so I decided to skip the animatic with this one. I finished editing the audio and I just started vectoring the backgrounds and characters. Gura was the first one and I made her design extra sharp, which I think works very well for her, so I'm trying to replicate the same look for the other characters.

These eyes kinda make Ame look like a Pokemon character though, lol. I'll have to try a lot of different poses and faces with the holo members to find out what works best!
