Everything Everywhere All At Once (pt. 2) (Patreon)

Continuing my progress on this very ambitious Jobu Tupaki fanart, you can read part 1 here!
This week I completed all the lineart on all the outfits!
I will probably make some minor fixes, and most of the patterns will be done in the coloring stage, but at least the brunt of it is done.
Covid Jobu (the one with spikes + feathery fur) was the hardest one to capture since the shape is so complex and she only appears for a few seconds. But I sensed the spikes were familiar and recognized the designer as BCalla, who thankfully has MANY photos of the dress if you scroll back far enough on his IG. Couldn't have done it without Drag Race!
Chaos Jobu was also pretty tough because there are so many different fabrics to capture and I wanted to be as accurate as possible. I dunno how accurate I actually got though, I kind of gave up near the end hahaha
I actually had a thought to flip the whole animation because I thought the other side would be more visually interesting, with the yellow plaid skirt and checkered pants. But after mocking up the colors I decided to stick with this side because it was less busy. This side also has more of the red plaid fabric, which to me was the focal point of the outfit.
I love how everything looks in motion so far. I'm giving myself a rough deadline of January 24 to complete the coloring, since that's when the Oscar nominations are supposed to get announced and I am curious to see how EEAAO fares.
Anyways, I hope you all have a happy new year!
