Happy beta Friday you ALPHAS. The Game Grumps’ storyline(s) is reaching a point where we’ll soon be headed for full release, but we’re not quite there yet. 

This beta brings a crapload of the Grumps’ voice acting, but it’s not all in-place yet. We just got the last batch a few days ago, so we just need a little time to edit. We hope what’s in place will show you just how BALLS TO THE WALL the Grumps went to get us some stellar performance. If you want a quick taste before you get playing, check out our recent trailer above! 

You can also expect the Eek-brand polish on these new storylines. With VA in place, our man behind the curtain has been able to tweak specific scenes to better flow with the dialogue. Things are really looking sharp! 

On the technical side, we’ve fixed some issues found with game save/loads and we’re rigging more items to be held in the Player’s hand for future stories--both for our purposes and custom stories. 

The player’s hands are one thing, but we’ve also been working on the player’s hips during the more intimate parts of House Party. The sex. We’re talking about during sex. Thrusting mechanics have been improved during sex scenes, specifically in the way player hips sync with NPCs’ hips, and we have more updates coming soon to the sex mechanics that are really going to polish your knob.. er.. polish them up!

And check this: NPC navigation has been improved, meaning partygoers won’t be opening doors they don’t need to be opening, and not bumping into each other so much. There’s also some fixes to NPC emotes because some of our lovely partygoers weren’t showing how they truly feel inside when they were supposed to. It’s 2020, House Party people, you can let those emotions show. 

We’ll go first: we feel that our Patrons are just lovely. You bring tears of joy to our bloodshot eyes.

A couple of things, Changelog link not working, in some custom stories when you get the option to make out, the Players face is buried inside the Recipients face, could just be a case of the authors needing to update their custom stories, in animation scenes especially on the bed in the master bedroom there is a definite vertical stuttering, I hope this helps

It appears that the "ChangeSize" command doesn't really work on the player's character. It will change his size, but then he'll rubber band back to his original size.
