The only image that came out of today.

This morning Reed and I woke up at 6A.M. to drive out to one of our favorite beach locations to shoot with a model I was extremely excited to work with. Well, that did not happen. When we were about two hours into the drive I got a text from the model saying that she had her best friends flying in last minute to go to Six Flags with her. She kept apologizing and coming up with lame excuses and indirectly canceling, but not actually saying the words. I asked her "So, that means you are not coming, right?" and she could not even answer that straight. It is always unfortunate when a model cancels for so many reasons. First and foremost; it is a complete and utter waste of time on our part. Between waking up early, driving through the shit traffic that is Los Angeles highways, packing bags, clearing cards, mentally preparing, etc. A lot of work goes into shoots and it obviously is not appreciated by all.

Anyways, Reed and I rolled our eyes, took a deep breath and came up with a plan. We were only twenty minutes away from a location we have previously shot at, so we decided to head on up to the state park. $12 entry fee paid, parked the car, grabbed out bags and took the 1.1 mile hike into the state park to the location we were hoping to shoot Well, on the way we were stopped by the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department and asked how long we were in the park for, who we had seen thus far, descriptions of those people and finally; if we had seen a disheveled  man wearing camouflage around the park. Come to later find out that man is wanted for murder, yes, murder. After they drove away furthering their hunt, I turned to Reed and asked her if we should keep going. I had my knife on me so we decided to head on deeper still. Upon arriving to our location we were hoping to shoot nude, we found ourselves in the company of a film crew, about twenty people large. A relatively small production, but a decent amount of people nonetheless. We were faced with a predicament. First of all, we were not feeling extremely inspired by the area and how it looked. Second of all, tons of people around disabling us from shooting nude content. We bucked up, she took her shirt off and we quickly shot a Polaroid. After that, we packed up our bags because one of the crew had previously yelled out "WE ARE GOING FOR A TAKE, QUIET ON SET", as if it were an actual close production set.

With a total of about seven hours of driving, several sighs and gasps of anguish; we finally made it back home from our waste of a day. If anyone would like to purchase this Polaroid to help me make up lost money from this waste of a day, that would be appreciated. Enjoy
