These are from Myumi (with the base sprite done by TiltSHIFT) and are one of three planned Halloween costumes for Zoey to wear at a Halloween party (the other two are a vampire and a wolf girl).

In typical re:Dreamer fashion, I am offering the outfit with a player choice of thigh-highs, bare legs, or pantyhose, and in three colors: black, white, and red.

A re:Dreamer quest will temporarily imbue Zoey with the personality traits of her costume. For this Playboy Bunny costume, it'll make her sultry and seductive, like she caters to high-class male clientele at a Playboy Bunny lounge. As the night goes on and Zoey gets more intoxicated, she'll start to act much bubblier and bouncier, practically hopping all over the place, and she'll get the "breed like rabbits" phrase stuck in her head.
