Ah, that sweet moment when you think "oh I only have to paint a few tiny details" and then you spend 2 hours painting 2 tanker helmets 🤤

Yes, it takes a lot of time, and a lot of different paints to finish every small detail (the palette in photo 2 was only used for helmets and boots).

As for their weathering, I'll just leave that until the diorama is finished, it'll be easier to integrate them that way :)

At first I didn't even want to paint boots on tanker figures because nobody will ever see them, but I did at least some very basic painting for presentational purposes.

Needless to say I'm officially hooked and truth be told I wouldn't mind a diorama with figures and just figures in the future!

Now, how am I supposed to cut 4 hours of footage into a comprehensive 15 minute video???

I simply can’t believe these are some of your first figures in almost forever. These are fantastic. I must assume you have a bit of artistic talent no? Unlike myself who can barely draw a straight line😎

Hi Martin; what color combination did you use to paint the helmets? was it the same as the green jacket (US Dark Green + Flat Earth)?
