I do feel bad quite a bit for Gem 

Me and her def went through this stage as a tween the "i dont need anyone I'm fine on my own"  Sometimes I find that mentality swims back at me, but I know life is so much easier with firends and a support system but its more of the..I dont deserve that sort of support structure  feelings I struggle with more these days LOL  NOt all the time just once in a while
