Hi Minnmaxers, Is there an indie game you would want to see remade/reimagined with a AAA team/budget?

What do you think would be the title of untitled goose game if it actually had a title? Something to do with grey ducks maybe?!

Hi MinnMax, Rumors have been going around that Nintendo will be jumping on the $70 bandwagon for the Zelda release. On top of the eShop "accidentally" leaking the price, It would make sense they use TotK to push a price increase for their 1st party games because it's garanteed to sell like hot cakes. If that rumor is true, would you feel like this is justified by inflation and high production costs, or unfair for a 6 years old system?

Hey gang, As a fellow millennial I must ask, "why does Nintendo hate easy money?" Give us what we want! Just port over a 3D Zelda collection, or even a 2D Zelda collection. A 2D Metroid collection would be easy money too. Am I being too naive? Is it not that simple? P.S. Playing Chrono Cross right now and listening to your deepest dive has been a treat. Thanks

Hello Ben, Leo, Jill, and Sarah! Its time for the MinnMax sports book to field your bets! I have put together betting lines for some of the biggest games coming out this year, all you have to do is guess whether these games will score higher or lower on Metacritic than the line given: The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom - 92.5 Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 - 88.5 Starfield - 86.5 Resident Evil 4 Remake - 89.5 Redfall - 80.5 Hollow Knight: Silksong - 90.5 Final Fantasy 16 - 86.5 Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League - 81.5 Diablo 4 - 86.5 Street Fighter 6 - 88.5

Hello Minnows and Maxels, I have a hypothetical for you. You can choose any game/franchise, and it immediately receives a green-lighted new game. This game would have an unlimited budget, the perfect number of staff, and no time constraints or technological hurdles. Basically, it can be the "perfect" version of whatever it has the potential to be. However, once this game is released, there would never be another game or sequel in that series ever again. What game would you pick? Do you go with a long-standing franchise that can go out with a bang? A game that should have gotten a sequel but never did? Do you even choose at all??? Much love for you all and how hard you work producing content!

Hallo! I find it weird that in video game media a hope and a demand for sequels never die out. A demand for a sequel to Bloodborne, Uncharted, Banjo Tooie and Super Mario Galaxy 2 will probably never dissapear where no one asks or are counting on The Godfather Part IV, Moana 2 and Inception 2. What is up with that? And seriously where is Fast and the Furious 2!? Hate your Show!

I want to see Metal Gear Solid 4 remade with a indie budget.

I was watching a rap battle and the rapper Tony D said "I am way off from the norm. I engage god to play dodge with the raindrops in the storm." What's the coolest sh*t you've ever heard?

Hey MinnMax crew, have you all played any Steam Next Fest demos that have surprised you? It isn’t much, but I played a short demo called Mika and the Witch’s Mountain, which is essentially a game version of Kiki’s Delivery Service. I was immediately hooked on the concept, as simple as it currently is. I’d love to hear any recommendations for cool demos anyone has played!

So how ‘bout that price hike? I’m assuming that the rumors are true and Tears of the Kingdom is going to sell for an MSRP of seventy U.S. dollars. How does everyone feel about a price hike for individual games mid-console life cycle? I’ve personally always found the homogeneous price of games to be odd. Shouldn’t the price of a game be based on cost to make + what customers are willing to pay? I am curious to hear your thoughts.

Nintendo's financials report released, Switch has become the 3rd best-selling gaming hardware of all time, PS2 and DS are still within reach, but sales are declining. Place your bets now, will the hybrid take the crown in the end and why?

I'm looking to move out of Florida next year and Minneapolis is one of the cities I'm considering moving to. I was wondering if you could tell me how you like living there, the good and the bad, and maybe point me toward some areas to look at.
